What lies behind the endless fascination with mountains? This research delves into the psychological processes behind this mysterious obsession. It explores the deep connection between mountains and human well-being, examining everything from the flow state, the thrill-seekers chasing adrenaline, to the daring mountaineers risking their lives for that indescribable rush. Having dedicated my own life to the mountains, I’ve set out to uncover the psychological effects and benefits they offer. Join me as I search for answers to the burning question: Why are we so drawn to the mountains?
